Job Description
BPO-Caldwell QC is actively looking for motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to become part of our expanding team. We offer an exceptional benefits package that includes a competitive salary and HMO coverage for you and two beneficiaries from Day One.
Job Responsibilities: Agents will adhere to standard operating procedures, escalate priority concerns, ensure customer satisfaction through one-call resolutions, and perform basic troubleshooting as necessary.
Qualifications: Applicants must be high school graduates with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. No prior experience in BPO is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include paid training, health and life insurance, and performance bonuses.
