Job Description
Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc is looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of payroll processing experience. Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include managing semi-monthly payroll, processing monetary benefits, and handling last pay. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Applications, HRIS, and payroll systems. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are critical. This position requires on-site work, and experience with payroll for 1,500+ employees is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Php21,00.00 – Php28,00.00 monthly, plus benefits leading to permanent status.
