Job Description:
- Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently using ticketing systems or online platforms.
- Provide information regarding event schedules, seating options, ticket prices, and availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
