Job Description
Whiteplane Inc. (Dyson) is looking for a qualified Training Supervisor to spearhead employee development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs aimed at empowering our teams to reach their highest potential.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related discipline, along with 2-3 years of pertinent experience. Exceptional communication skills and a solid background in instructional design are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
