Job Description
OutChain Solutions is currently in search of a committed Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in any four-year discipline and possess 1-3 years of experience in ship management or maritime industries.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process, ensuring a transparent and inclusive experience for all candidates. Exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities are essential, while familiarity with HR practices will be considered an advantage.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php35,00.00 to Php45,00.00, along with overtime compensation and a 13th-month salary.
