Job Description
Guagua Rural Bank is actively seeking a highly motivated Accountant to become a vital member of our compliance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of compliance-related functions, assisting in the development of policies, and delivering training to staff. This role will also involve collaboration with the BSA Analyst to monitor and investigate suspicious transactions.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or law, complemented by strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in compliance is a valuable asset.
