Job Description
Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is looking for a dedicated Franchise Officer to become part of our dynamic team. This full-time position involves working closely with the Franchise and Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include sourcing new franchisees, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering comprehensive training. The role also requires managing multiple store units and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including B2B sales, and have a valid driver’s license. Fieldwork will be required in the areas of Isabela, Cagayan, and Tuguegarao.
Compensation for this role ranges from Php23,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, inclusive of paid training and performance bonuses.
