Job Description
Weathertech Refrigeration & Airconditioning is on the lookout for a committed HR Generalist to enhance our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing recruitment strategies and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Overseeing HR budgets and suggesting enhancements for HR systems.
- Coordinating employee development initiatives and performance assessments.
- Maintaining accurate timekeeping and employee records.
- Leading meetings and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2-3 years of HR experience, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
