We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations while enhancing our benefits framework.
- Location: Manila, Philippines
- Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor)
- Key responsibilities include overseeing benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, in-depth knowledge of statutory loans, and proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
