Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Kenny Rogers Roasters. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BS HRM) or a related field, accompanied by 2 to 8 years of substantial managerial experience in the food and beverage sector. Strong skills in customer service, people management, and communication are essential, along with a solid understanding of Profit and Loss reporting.
Key responsibilities include managing operational activities to deliver an outstanding guest experience, alongside overseeing service, production, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
We offer competitive salaries ranging from Php21,00.00 to Php32,00.00 monthly, in addition to a variety of benefits and opportunities for career growth.
Expected Start Date: April 29, 2025.
