Job Description
The Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations across our transactions. This role involves providing essential legal support and guidance to senior management on pertinent legal issues while actively monitoring all applicable legal matters.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and statutory regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Manage litigation and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement policies related to legal affairs.
- Safeguard the organization against legal risks and violations.
