Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues according to client guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient one-call resolutions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting as necessary.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; experience in BPO is advantageous.
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient multitasking and organizational skills.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
