Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the company’s sales policies and objectives, developing both short and long-term sales strategies while evaluating their effectiveness. You will also be responsible for recommending product enhancements to elevate customer satisfaction and effectively leading the sales department. Staying informed on emerging markets and competitive trends is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within retail or distribution. Strong leadership, forecasting, and communication skills are crucial.
