Job Description
We are looking for a qualified HR Manager to spearhead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, conducting interviews, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations.
Key responsibilities encompass providing performance evaluations, managing employee disciplinary actions, and upholding best practices in HR operations.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-5 years of HR experience and proficient computer skills. Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php40,00.00/month | Location: Davao City | Benefits include company events and paid training.
