Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking motivated individuals to become vital members of our dynamic team at BPO Solutions Caldwell. As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers via phone and written communication, aiming to address their concerns and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
