Job Description
Probe CX is actively seeking an experienced Recruitment Sourcing Supervisor to drive our talent acquisition initiatives. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, conducting market intelligence, and offering valuable insights for process enhancements. You will also play a crucial role in coaching team members and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing reports to management.

- Track attendance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct candidate interviews as needed.
Qualifications:
