Job Description
JB Music and Sports Inc. is on the lookout for a committed Online Retail Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing orders for shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, and maintaining accurate inventory records for our online store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Timely preparation and shipping of customer orders.
- Providing customers with updates on order status.
- Monitoring inventory levels and generating reports.
- Maintaining precise inventory documentation.
- Preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, New Graduate
Compensation: Php645.00 per day
Benefits: Employee discount, pay raises, and staff meals.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, including weekends.
Work Location: On-site
