Job Description
UncleSG is seeking a dedicated Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective support to enhance their overall experience. Your ability to communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently will be essential in this position.
Requirements include: a high school diploma, at least two years of experience in live chat or call center environments, exceptional written English skills, and proficient problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Location: Hybrid remote position in Manila.
