Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Gaming Support Chat Assistant to join our vibrant team at SGS- Careers- PH. As an integral part of our support staff, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
- Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintaining precise records of customer interactions.
- Updating customer information within our database.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid training. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, consisting of 8-hour shifts.
