Job Description
Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation is actively seeking a committed Customer Relationship Management Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the CRM team, analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement, visit key dealerships to enhance after-sales operations, and prepare regular activity reports.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments, implement the Dealer Management System, coordinate global after-sales programs, and provide support to dealerships with after-sales issues.
Qualifications include a college degree in any business discipline and experience in CRM within the automotive industry. A strong understanding of CRM systems is essential.
Job Type: Full-time.
