Job Description
Mary Help of Christians School (Pampanga), Inc. is seeking a committed Guidance Associate for a full-time, on-site position in Mabiga, Mabalacat, Pampanga. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing Mental Health and Well-Being programs, conducting career orientations, and implementing psychosocial initiatives that support our students.
Key responsibilities include facilitating training sessions for staff and parents, administering assessments, and promoting students’ academic and emotional well-being. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and be BLEPP Passers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional communication skills are required for this role.
