Job Description
CAVDEAL (Cavite Ideal International Construction) is currently seeking a committed HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or Generalist. While experience in the construction industry is preferred, we welcome fresh graduates to apply.
Prospective applicants should demonstrate a passion for working with diverse individuals, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a strong team-oriented mindset. This role is located in Noveleta, Cavite.
Please note that the salary ranges from Php 14,00 to Php 25,00 per month, including benefits.
