Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department.
Your main duties will include managing and developing HR policies, implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting employee performance evaluations, and handling employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
