Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will manage inquiries and deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college education preferred).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service is beneficial, but training will be provided.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
