Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team at Beaconhouse Philippines, Inc. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
If you have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, a proven track record in financial management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.
