Job Description
With 1 year related experience.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
1. Permit Management:
- Coordinate and manage the acquisition of permits required for various business operations.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Maintain organized records of permits and related documentation.
2. Government Relations:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and agencies.
- Communicate effectively with government officials to address queries, concerns, and regulatory matters.
- Keep abreast of changes in government policies and regulations that may impact the business.
3. Client Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
4. General Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Advance knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Google Spread Sheet, and Drive.
5. Communication:
- Draft and edit official correspondence, emails, and other documents as needed.
- Ensure clear and concise communication both internally and externally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and courtesy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php22,00.00 per month
