Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We have a variety of accounts to offer, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco account.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, without transferring callers.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues to enhance knowledge.
