Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate backhoe for excavation, backfilling, and material transport.
- Prepare sites for solar panel installation while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and promptly report any issues.
Compensation: Negotiable rate, with benefits including a flexible schedule, paid training, 13th month salary, and overtime pay.
Work Location: In-person
