Job Description
SEA Olympus Marketing Incorporated is on the lookout for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within a designated region. This role entails providing essential support to our sales team and implementing effective sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals in collaboration with senior executives
- Guiding the sales team to meet and surpass targets
- Projecting sales objectives and outcomes
- Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management, with robust business acumen
- Superior communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
