Job Description
FIELD OUTSOURCE ASIA INC. is actively looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a telemarketing environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and solicit donations.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide detailed product information using established scripts.
- Accurately record customer information and effectively manage complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at Php 16,00.00 per month
