Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is in search of a committed Product Specialist to act as the main point of contact for patients utilizing the Prima Card. In this essential role, you will assist patients with inquiries, process payments, verify information, and manage clinic services. Additionally, you will endorse Prima members and ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act by maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in healthcare software and electronic health records.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in administrative, sales, and customer service procedures.
- Open to project-based employment.
Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
