Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for patients utilizing the Prima Card, ensuring a seamless clinic experience. Key responsibilities include processing payments, verifying patient information, managing clinic services related to Prima, and endorsing Prima members for services. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing reports and maintaining accurate records while strictly adhering to the Data Protection Act.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a four-year degree, be proficient in healthcare software, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be familiar with customer service protocols. This position is project-based.
