Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Insurance at Aspire Global Solutions, your role is vital in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and assistance with their insurance-related needs. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing expert guidance and support in insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with policyholders and potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance products.
  • Policy Information: Provide information on various insurance policies, coverage options, and policy changes.
  • Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring timely and efficient claims handling.
  • Billing Support: Assist customers with premium payments, billing inquiries, and account adjustments.
  • Policy Changes: Process and document changes to insurance policies, such as adding or removing coverage.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure policyholders are served within legal parameters.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues, disputes, or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including policy details, correspondence, and interactions.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products that may benefit the customer.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on insurance-related topics, such as coverage options, deductibles, and claims procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer inquiries, suggesting improvements to processes, services, or products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
