Job Description
BPO Caldwell Global Solutions is currently hiring dedicated individuals for the role of Pure Non-Voice Encoder. As a valued member of our team, you will receive an industry-leading benefits package and a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php28,00.00.
Your key responsibilities will include adhering to standard operating procedures, escalating priority issues as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing basic troubleshooting tasks.
To qualify for this position, candidates must be high school graduates (or possess an ALS equivalent), exhibit excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring an 8-hour shift.
