Job Description
- Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses of employees in an efficient and professional manner
- Manage, guide, and direct all referrals to healthcare providers and services
- Schedule employees for Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Annual Physical Exam, and the executives for their Annual Executive check-up
- Assess healthcare needs, implement, and manage health programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain records, and employees’ medical files
- Check and validate sickness and maternity notifications and endorse them to SS for confirmation
- Compute and finalize SS sickness and maternity payment and ensure correctness of the data
- Process employees’ HMO and Insurance and assist them on their claims and related concerns
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
