Job Description
Strategic Business Coaching Ltd is on the lookout for a talented Customer Service Representative who is proficient in English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. This remote freelance position requires you to address customer inquiries through email, phone, and instant messaging, ensuring an outstanding experience for our students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a friendly attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Availability for weekday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM UK time is essential for the initial month, with potential for extension.
