Job Description
The Collection Supervisor will work with the Finance Department to ensure revenues are collected and accounts receivables are minimized and resolved through effective supervision of all aspects of the collection process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accounting Technology or related field preferred
- At least three years’ experience in collection supervision, resolution of accounts receivables, and delinquent account management
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills in Bisaya, Tagalog, English
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take calculated risks to improve collection performance and achieve collection targets
- Familiarity with PICPA accounting standards and GAAP rules, standards, and procedures is a plus
- High degree of attention to detail, cleanliness, situational awareness
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
