Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to oversee a designated section of our kitchen, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to uphold quality and consistency, while also mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a variety of high-quality dishes
- Ensure a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory management
- Provide training and support to junior team members
- Collaborate on menu innovation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Chef de Partie preferred.
