Job Description
NETL BPO SERVICES INC is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Specialist to enhance our HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process, manage HRIS and employee data, and handle employee relations effectively. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring adherence to company policies during disciplinary actions and preparing government remittance reports.
Requirements:
– Demonstrable HR experience
– Strong understanding of HR policies
– Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is preferred
– Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
– Attention to detail
– Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang
Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flexible schedule, health insurance, 13th month pay, overtime pay.
