Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at the SM Pampanga location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service related to our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism.
- Recommend products and inform customers about current sales and promotions.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales environment.
- Accurately process cash transactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
