Job Description
We are a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our growing team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in healthcare and medical services, including expertise in credentialing, prior authorizations, billing, claims, and benefits administration.
Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in team management, proficiency in Quality Assurance and training processes, call center management experience, excellent English communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years in customer support.
Responsibilities: The Team Lead will coordinate customer service teams, provide direct support, resolve escalated issues, and conduct performance evaluations. This role includes collaborating with the Quality Assurance team and actively contributing to process enhancement initiatives.
