Job Description
Tim Ho Wan is currently looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to become a valuable member of our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial data and ensuring its accuracy and compliance. Your key duties will include recording financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and managing both accounts payable and receivable.
To be successful in this position, you should possess an Associate degree in accounting or finance and have proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks. Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with vendors and clients.
