Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collection of all booked orders from the sales team
- Checking of all necessary documents before loading-in (Salesman Withdrawal Slip, Purchase Order, Invoices etc.)
- Assigns Drivers to trucks with respective itineraries and deliveries.
- Monitors Invoices issued by Driver Collector.
- Ensures deliveries of stocks from warehouse to customers.
- Evaluates road efficiency in relation to itineraries for delivery.
- Implements strict adherence to established rules and procedures of the Company
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
Educational
- Has at least reached 2nd year collegiate level; Graduate of any four-year business course is an advantage
Experience
- Experience in dispatching is an advantage.
Skills
- Proper Handling of Products
- Sorting of contents and containers
- Servicing the Customers
- Cleaning of containers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php540.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
