Gratitude India is actively seeking meticulous Quality Auditors with expertise in Home Health Coding (HHC). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of medical coding within the home health sector. Key responsibilities include performing quality audits, identifying discrepancies, collaborating effectively with various teams, and keeping abreast of industry standards.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Quality Auditing and Home Health Coding.
- Relevant certification preferred (e.g., CPC, CCS, HCS-D).
- Thorough understanding of ICD-10 and CMS guidelines.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
