Job Summary:
As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will deliver prompt and effective support, significantly enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: Php16,00.00 – Php21,00.00 monthly
Work Arrangement: Hybrid remote in Manila.
