Job Description
Harbor Star Shipping Services Inc is currently seeking a meticulous Accounting Supervisor to manage billing accuracy and enhance collections efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the billing process, foster strong relationships with clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams to address any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation and dissemination of billing statements.
- Supervision of accounts receivable and collection activities.
- Collaboration with department heads to resolve billing concerns.
- Maintenance of robust client relationships.
- Monitoring accounts and recommending actions for delinquent accounts.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and collections.
- Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time – Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month.
