Job Description

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and emails, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering solutions to meet customer needs
  • Processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
