Job Description
The Reservation Officer will be responsible for managing all guest reservations, ensuring seamless booking processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position demands a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reservation requests through multiple channels.
- Maintain precise records of all reservations.
- Confirm bookings and relay essential information to guests.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure all arrangements are in order.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php600.00 – Php700.00 per day
