Job Description
APEIRON CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS is in search of a meticulous and proactive HR Staff with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate effective recruitment strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
- Oversee job postings and source candidates effectively.
- Conduct candidate screenings and facilitate interview processes.
- Manage onboarding activities to ensure seamless employee integration.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
