Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and administer total rewards strategies and programs that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, health and wellness plans, and retirement benefits.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure that compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and attractive in the labor market.
  • Implement Employee Engagement Survey and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and company culture.
  • Collaborate with HR OpCo Management and leadership teams to create a positive work environment and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards and culture-related matters.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and culture initiatives hand in hand with the C&B team under HR Shared Services.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to compensation, benefits, and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in C&B or Total Rewards.
  • Proven experience in total rewards management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and culture development.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits design.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights for program enhancements.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php100,00.00 – Php130,00.00 per month
